Professional Bio – Apostle Dr. Monica Harris
Apostle Dr. Monica Harris is a visionary leader, trailblazer, and woman of profound faith, purpose, and power. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as the youngest of eleven children to the late James and Betty Jean Smith, she has dedicated her life to service—spiritually, professionally, and socially.
Dr. Harris holds numerous academic honors and degrees from institutions such as Buxton University, Broward College, Ashworth University, and Higher Place Christian University. Her educational background includes Theology, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Nursing, and Real Estate. She is also recognized with an Honorary Doctorate in Theology and Business Administration.
She is the Founder and Chief Apostle of Higher Dimension Life Church—formerly House of Praize and Family Worship Center—with ministries in Florida, Mississippi, and Georgia. Her apostolic and prophetic calling has taken her to national and international platforms, where she has preached, taught, and ministered under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

In addition to her ministry work, Dr. Harris is a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating multiple businesses including Paralegal Services of Orlando, H&H Income Tax Services & Immigration Consulting, IImpactU International Ministry, Perfect Gift 4 Him & Sometimes Her, and R&M Real Estate Investment & Property Management. Her advocacy for immigrant rights has helped thousands achieve permanent residency and U.S. citizenship.
A passionate community leader, she has served on numerous boards and was recognized by the Seventh-day Adventist Organization for her outstanding contributions to small business. Her professional affiliations include the Florida National Bar Association and the National Board of Paralegals.
In 2009, she became a local radio talk show host of "Let's Talk About It" in Columbus, MS, using media to inform, inspire, and uplift. Among her many advocacy efforts, she is known for leading and winning a civil rights boycott in support of equitable pay for Black nurses in Florida.
